You can add products included in the product withdrawal to your submission by following the information below.
For products purchased from
TheLaundress.com:
A check for the value of applicable products purchased on or after January 1, 2021, will be sent to the address you provided to our Virtual Assistant within 8-10 weeks of your original submission.
Even if you cannot see all your past purchases in the My Account section of our website, due to a platform system migration that took place in 2022, we will be able to look up all of your purchases from our site and will send you a check to cover applicable purchases.
If you have additional products in your possession purchased before January 1, 2021, please email photos of the product bottle with the lot code with your initials and the date written in marker to thelaundress@epowercenterdirect.com. Please use the same email address that you used to purchase from TheLaundress.com or include it in the body of the email. This is the quickest way for reimbursement.
For products purchased from
retailers other than TheLaundress.com:
